I get a sense of profound joy from seeing my clients thrive in their new homes and communities. This holds true whether I’m working for a first time condo buyer or a family seeking their forever home.

2024 marks my 17th year as a Toronto-based realtor, having worked for many hundreds of happy clients along the way.

Over the years I have come to know the intricate details of the streets and laneways, parks and schools, and above all the people that help make up a community.  It’s the sort of knowledge that is vital in connecting my clients to the right home, both for today's needs and tomorrow's aspirations.

I believe in the importance of listening first and truly getting to know my clients.   I also believe that real estate is a lifelong journey, not a series of rushed or disconnected transactions. 

I live in Riverdale with my incredible wife and two supercharged kids, all of whom are a daily source of inspiration, energy and fun.

Opinion on Toronto’s East End versus West End Debate: I see merit with both sides! Priceless gems exist both east and west. High Park or Woodbine Beach? Roncesvalles or Leslieville? The right answer is all of the above.

Least expensive transaction: $230,000 for a Cityplace condo (in 2009!)

Most expensive: $6.1m for a downtown investment property

Favourite charitable cause: each August, SickKids runs their Great Cycle Challenge in the fight against kids’ cancer. My family and I make it a point to get out and ride as much as we can, and it’s priceless to see other families outside doing the same. Pro Tip: track the site closely as there’s always a day in August that your donation is matched by a wealthy donor!

Favourite activities outside of work: travel and local adventures with family; playing tennis and keeping fit
